What Protein Drinks did you go with....have used Protein Powder with Water when personal training and liked the taste but not suRe if these would provide all nutrients?

Hello everyone. Can't believe it has been 5 months. ..I have lost 77 pounds so far and doing well. Even going on my first date in years on Friday...feeling great so why not. My inner fat girl still creeps in every once and a while but I am getting very good at putting her back in her corner..so to speak!!! Still a long way to go but so far so good. Congrats to everyone for taking this step!!!

I don't as I know if I have a bite it will lead to more. They are called slider foods....foods you think you can just have a little of...but always ends up being more...popcorn is a slider food for me. I guess it depends on your will power and the effect the sugar will have on your sleeve. I have to stay away or I will go back to my old habits.

I made 74 g of Protein today.. wooohooo. ..not managing veggies as full before protein finished....still eating too fast...have to start using a timer!!!

Hello fellow pre-op sleevers....I am having my surgery on Nov 13 in Belgium....excited and determined!!!!! Wishing everyone all the best as you start your new journey.

Today my parents got home from a trip, they have been gone since beginning of September. I went to see them tonight and they always bring home goodies for us taking care of the house and other things while they are gone. They bought some jackets that are rain proof and wind proof so when they are packing up the camper. They bought me and my husband one to, so we can leave in camper. It is a size Large and it is almost to big for me!!! I got really excited to be able to fit into it and be able to wrap it around my front side!!! I am so excited to be able to go into almost every store and be able to fit into clothes!!! I am loving my sleeve and just got over a three-four week stall, balancing on the 200 mark!!

It finally feels like its going to happen when u get close to ur date and start pre op diet, congrats

I just received my surgery date...I am scheduled for November 3rd! Beyond excited....and nervous!!
