Can I just ask do any of you still have treat food ??? Ie biscuit , bit of chocolate , Christmas cake ? all be it a very small amount . ????????????

I guess it depends on your will power and the effect the sugar will have on your sleeve. I have to stay away or I will go back to my old habits.
