  1. I love the vanilla cupcake one.
  2. I'm on like my 50th packet of pink lemonade from crystal light lol. I recently got Snapple sugar free peach tea packets and fruit punch. We'll see how it goes.
  3. On my unjury it says not to add to liquid over 140 degrees or something.
  4. Someone suggested rolling Peanut Butter and chocolate Protein powder into little balls. Could be good. Thanks miss mac.
  5. Then you get it again I hear. Forever. It never stops. Ever.
  6. I had a form to fill out with what diet I was on, what behaviors I was following and weight changes for 6 months. I got my weight history for the past 2 years and proof I was on Weight watchers. I wasn't on it for the whole 6 months but the surgeons office said I should be ok. I'll find out if I'm approved here soon. But I don't BCBS in California. I have BCBS in Ohio.
  7. I'm on my period right now (in the process of switching form Depo to mirena and they want me on my period before they insert it in a few days) and I want a Reece's Cup SO FREAKING BAD I CANT STAND IT. I'm pre op and can have it but I don't want to start giving in. Reece's cups are definitely not on my pre op diet lol. I just want to smell one even. But I'm going to be good and eat string cheese instead.
  8. I've had surgeries on my back and had degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. That's why I'm getting the sleeve. I have nerve damage and have weakness and numbness in my left leg so I can't do much. I used to do Water aerobics with the little old ladies at my old gym but that gym got so expensive I couldn't afford it. I do hydro physical therapy sometimes. Right now I'm focusing on doing my stretches on my exercise ball everyday and walking around my apartment complex. At my gym now I do the recumbent bike and elliptical sometimes.
  9. Omg I love your smile!! You're so cute!! Good luck.
  10. Congratulations you look Fab!!
  11. My surgeon is similar. I'm drinking two shakes a day and high protein food every 3 hours.
  12. I just weighed in early since I won't be able to tomorrow.
  13. I love chicken and stuffing it's so easy my husband can do it.
  14. Thanks!! Does anyone have any ideas on lightening up sausage balls? I looooooooove my mothers sausage balls!!
  15. I've been using fairlife or soy milk.
  16. I just apparently had a food funeral for milk. I've been drinking soy milk and other fake milks for a few weeks and I had regular milk early this morning and have had awful stomach cramps and diarrhea, and sweats. It was in the middle of Kroger too. :-/
  17. 287.0 today. Thanks!
  18. I had food funerals so far for Wendy's and a dinner in my old college town called Ramsey's. I didn't even all the food and felt gross and sick after. I'm on a pre pre op diet of eating 4 ounces of good protein and shakes and bars very 3 hours. I was doing that for about 2 weeks when I had my first food funeral at Wendy's. It was gross. Ramsey's was a little better. I already gave up soda and other surgery drinks, pasta and bread. Which is hard because the only thing my husband can cook is spaghetti with frozen garlic bread lol.
  19. I mean I can but I'm the only person in my position. :-/ God luck to you all though!
  20. It treatment is super good. I used to be a therapist lol.
