  2. Speaking as a massage therapist go and get that massage its actually really good for you and will help you heal faster as massage reduces inflammation in the body pushes fluid into the places it should go and helps lower blood pressure
  3. I was diagnosed with severe osa last year and have used my machine every night since I got it and don't think I'll ever be off it since I showed signs of osa as a child

  10. Well I am on month 3 of my restricted diet for insurance purposes and we went to five guys for dinner and holy crap never again. I am regretting everything about my decision to eat a greasy burger fries and wash it down with a large coke. I mean how did I live on this stuff 4 months ago no wonder I had no energy this food is terrible for you. Oh and the gas from the soda hurts like a son of a bitch

  14. I had necessary surgery on my ears and felt the same way I knew I needed the surgery or more damage would be done but I still felt like holy crap what if this is a huge mistake

  16. I am. I should be getting the surgery in late February early march. I am also month 3 I don't have to get an upper GI or anything like that or a sleep study because I have already been diagnosed with sleep apnea but I do need a cardiologist clearance and a pap smear
  17. I had a friend in middle school whose mom had the bypass and she never got down to goal because she kept eating like crap
  18. I was told never again for anything carbonated as it would stretch the sleeve and no soda because empty calories
  19. I had a very uneasy childhood sometimes we didn't have food so we went with out and there were months where we went without electrisity so we lived off of fast food. Also I was abused physically and sexually so there's alot of baggage. Now that im older and married I've just gotten comfy and lazy and I have balloned so I'm getting wls before it gets worse
  20. I take loads of psych meds including anxiety meds when nessicary the one I used to take is called clonazapam. It's dissolvable and it works Wonders ask your Dr for this med if you need to calm down the morning of surgery
  21. Honestly I would wait the time and use the money towards plastic surgery if necessary

  23. Wow dub you might have to start a YouTube channel to show me how to make stuff like that I'm very limited in what I make in the kitchen mostly meat with some veggies and rice the hubby loves his rice
