3 1/2 months and I'm eating like I used to~
If you know what foods are triggers for you don't buy them. For me its the snack cakes hot pockets cereal and chips. I could consume my weight in all of those in a week so we don't buy them. My hubby also knows hot dogs are a weakness of mine. I can eat a full 32 pack in 4 days so there banned

Diabetic Newbie
I'm a diabetic and I'm working with an endocrinologist to control my diabetes for this surgery and she put me on a medicine called victoza it has two benefits it lowers your a1c and it helps you lose weight. I've lost 5 pounds and my a1c is 6.1 so you might want to go that route

I am officially half way done my 6 month wait for insurance purposes I only have 3 more visits and even though I've only lost 4 pounds I feel good about the changes I've made in my lifestyle to get ready for this surgery. I'm not gonna lie the liquid diet scares me but I can do anything for two weeks I love my nutritionist she rocks I've been with her from the beginning and I gotta say I'm in good hands
