Half way done.

I am officially half way done my 6 month wait for insurance purposes I only have 3 more visits and even though I've only lost 4 pounds I feel good about the changes I've made in my lifestyle to get ready for this surgery. I'm not gonna lie the liquid diet scares me but I can do anything for two weeks I love my nutritionist she rocks I've been with her from the beginning and I gotta say I'm in good hands

Thanks @@KindaFamiliar I'm doing a one week liquid diet with my husband this week to lose some weight before thanksgiving

Everything you're doing will be returned to you a million times over in how great you will feel later on. It's so worth the price of admission. Keep that positive attitude and you will go far. Congrats!

Thanks @. I feel awesome just getting rid of fried food and soda I hope I feel even more amazing once im able to limit the amount I eat Even more and walk farther my dog loves long walks. She's a Sheppard type breed and is very energetic.

The liquid pre op diet goes by in the blink on an eye. I remember the night before I started thediet, I bursted into tears and told my husband there was no way I could do this. I stuck to the diet and never cheated once. I am 3 months post op and have lost 70lbs. This was the best decision I have ever made. GOOD LUCK !!!
