New Clothes...later
I am losing inches and weight, which is great! However, I am still wearing my bigger size clothes (I fix them up where the look good), because I do not want to buy clothes yet. I want to wait until my weight loss tampers off a bit. I will buy new clothes once I slow down a bit. Just wondering how long many of you waited to buy clothes? I am thinking 3-4 months out.

Going On Two Months Post Op, Wow!
Hi, I am able to eat some things, I have to be careful with chicken. I drink Vitamin water dragon fruit, and regular water. Other than that the sleeve is doing its job. Congrats on your loss!

Going On Two Months Post Op, Wow!
Started at 230 preop. diet, 220-225 prior to surgery, I was fluctuating. I am saying wow, because the smaller you are the slower you use, but I am amazed at the inch loss and weight loss. I revised from the lap-band to the sleeve.

Going On Two Months Post Op, Wow!
Hi, on the 27th I will be two months post op. I had a stall for about 2 weeks. I upped my caloric intake and the weight started to come off again. I got on the scale today, 190, I am impressed. I love my sleeve, and to God be the glory.

Shoe Size
Yes, I am six weeks post op, and my size 11s are flopping off my feet, 10 are fitting okay. I wear a 10.5, but I buy 11, probably will not be able to wear any (11) in the near future.

Silk Fruit & Protein
The drink is good, it was one thing I could drink post op. So at least I had something to get my fluids in. I don't drink it anymore, but it is delicious.

Considering Vsg Surgery - Wondering How Common Revisions Are Down The Road?
First time i heard about a re-staple, but I thought the same thing about the complications. I am doing fine, had my surgery on 2-27. I started at 230 before preop and post op. down to 198 in 6 weeks. You will be fine, and you will not be hungry, you will want to eat more at times. I just tell myself i can eat later.

Considering Vsg Surgery - Wondering How Common Revisions Are Down The Road?
I went from lapband to sleeve, doing well. I like the sleeve better, I feel full and satisfied. Onderland today. I had the removal and revision at the same time at a military hospital. They did a great job.

6 Weeks Post Op, Stall, Inches Lost, Onderland
Hi, everyone. I have been stuck on 205 for about two weeks. I wasnt worried, because I read about stalls. My inches are dramatic though, I look smaller than the weight. I got on the scale this morning, 198, I am in onderland. I tried the gym last week and was sore than sore itself. This week I will try agin, proabably not basketball or racquet ball with the kids though. I am fitting 12s, was in sizes 14w/16 depending on how they were made. One thing I noticed was that once I was able to eat more the weight started to come off, I eat about 800-900 calories. I am feeling great. I will try to add a picture.

I am eating healthier and I only desire good carbs and high protein foods. This is a great improvement for me, because protein was not my thing prior to surgery. Also, I had family visit yesterday, and they questioned me about my age, they wanted to be sure, I said 42. They said you look really good, I looking even younger since surgery. Loving my sleeve, can eat but just enough, feels good.- Nearly 4 Years On
Hi, congrats on four years! How are you doing after 4 years? How much weight did you lose? Is your stomach still small or are you able to eat a lot? Let- Being Honest 3 Wks Post-Op, No Dieting For Me
Oh goodie, I have a GNC account, thanks so much for the info.- Slowest Loser!
Be encouraged, I am new to the sleeve, but not to WLS. I had the lap band and was a slow loser, but lost 71 pounds on it. I believe when the weight comes off it will come off and all of you will be slim and trim. I have read some of the veteran sleever's posts and they say focus on the inches, not the scale.- New To This

Awww, sweet pea, you are sweet. Yes slow and steady wins. You made me laugh about how you ate it all.- Being Honest 3 Wks Post-Op, No Dieting For Me
Week 3 I am on soft foods, and moist cooked meats are on the list (fish, poultry, turkey, eggs). Refried Beans and eggs are on the list, but I can only eat a little bit, and I am full. However, I can not eat steak or beef until 4 months out. Next week are regular foods, and I will probably stick with meat and green beans. The lapband had me so scared of bread, I don't think I will ever view bread as normal anymore.- Being Honest 3 Wks Post-Op, No Dieting For Me
I will look for the lactose free protein shakes, and your post was very encouraging. That what's I am talking about. Of course if its a party, I am not going to eat things that are not good for me. - My Nsv
