I just got a coupon for this. Has anyone tried it??? It looks like juice and comes in different flavors. But I don't want to buy it if it's not worth it. Let me know.

Where would you buy this? I havent seen it anywhere.

I looked it up to see how much protein is in it. Only 5 grams. I dont know if it would be worth 150 calories and 29 g of carbs for only 5 g protein. I guess you could always try it and see if its delicious and it helps get your fluid in, it might be worth it.

29 carbs for 5 protein? No frikin way. Special K20 is 5 carbs for 5 proteins. I personally wouldn't drink it for that many carbs......

The drink is good, it was one thing I could drink post op. So at least I had something to get my fluids in. I don't drink it anymore, but it is delicious.

it would be good post op in the liquid phase.
