  1. Great job!!!! I am so excited for you!!
  2. I'm pretty much in the same boat with you guys.... my last visit of the 6 months of "medically supervised diet" is 1/25 and my psych eval is 1/21. I will be submitting all of my paperwork on 1/25 and the waiting will begin. This whole process is flying by...
  3. This thread has got me all excited... and I love the Nike marketing thing. So here's mine... I will walk or run 1 mile per day and do 30 minutes of other excercise 3 days per week BY the end of March 2008 OR I will give up books and DVR for 6 months. I am so serious that I am willing to give up 2 things. And since I am a huge book worm and DVR junkie that some real motivation to get my fat butt up and excercising.
  4. I have been on depo on and off since I was 17. I LOVE it -- no periods (yipee!!). I have also been on several pills, but they make me feel sick, but if I take them before bed it usually isn't that bad (since its hard to be nauseated (sp?) in your sleep) but I forget to take them so it's not the best choice for me. I also have tried nuvo ring. I really like it, except sometime the guy can feel it when you have sex.
