    Customize your calorie amount. In the menu option go to goals Under nutrition goals "Calorie and macro-nutrients goals" Chang the default goal to what ever number you like I had mine at 600 but changed it to 800 now.
  2. I usually log my food and try to drink more Water. I was going threw my food log in my fitness pal and I usually stay under 1100 calories but they are some days I go over and hit 1500 calories and I also notice is around the time I have will get my period or have it. I tend to crave sweets like Cookies and stuff i should not have. I had one egg ( over easy) two pieces of bacon and a mini tortilla for break fast. Snack I had a Believe Mocha Latte lunch I will have chicken breast 4oz, 1/4 of a cucumber, one boiled egg and a table spoon of dressing so far this is 551 calories. I should stop eating mini tortilla for Breakfast . I still don't know what i will be having for dinner. I usually log my food and try to drink more water.   6. Hello everyone, Am worried that I have stretched my pouch!. I have been eating a lot more, eating stuff I should not be eating. Am 7 month post op and have lost 107 lb. The months of December and January i haven't really lost like I use to. How many Calories should I be eating? I really need to get back to eating right and excising more. Am scared I have made my pouch big.

  9. Would it be ok to eat hommony. Am 7 week post op the sleeve. I got invited to a girls get together at my cousins house and she is cooking Posole. For those who don't know what posole is is like a soup it can be made out of pork or chicken with hommony.

  11. Hi scarletwitch19, I drink about 70 grams of protein everyday plus about 40 oz. of water. I usually eat only once and try to have protein
  12. Am six weeks post op and I feel am eating a lot. I really need to get a weight scale. I also feel am hungry like every two hours. I always try to have protein first and drink lots of water.
  13. Hang in there, I had to wait about 5 months because of some test required and Doctors being on Vacations. I was to a point of giving up but didn't. Am six weeks post op.
  14. I'm five weeks out and can drink my 11oz. Protein shake in about 10-15 minutes. I asked my doctor about it he said liquids just slide out fast .
