After surgery they took me to my room ..And I got up to walk and was having a muscle spasm in my stomach yelled so loud from the pain I think the whole hospital heard me

I am 5 weeks out just came back from the NUT she said 3 meals and 2 shakes thats it .I am only down 23 pounds since surgery and work out 3 times a week.

I have noticed it from my bypass as well cant stand the smell makes me feel firty I am 5 weeks out

I was going to do the sleeve as well but the dr advised I would have better results with the RNY as I loved sugar but was a boredum eater .The sleeve can take u about 2 years to loose all ur weight and the RNY only a year ..I have not regretted this desicion so far .. Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 317 I am almost 5 weeks out .

I tried phentermine bad ended up with A Fib for the rest of my life .. that medicine is like speed and my heart started working overtime .I only lost about 30 pounds and do not recomend this to anyone

I eat 3 times a day with 2 protien drinks in between ..I am almost 5 weeks out

I have no appetite but can feel when I need to eat my body starts to feel weak and I start to feel sick when its time..

On my liquid diet I had lost 23 pound as my pre op diet was 2 weeks

I had the bypass on Aug 4th as of last week down 21 pounds since surgery I will weight again tomorrow .I started the gym 3 1\2 weeks slowly of course there is always a stall around 3 weeks I had that as well ..excercising did the trick for me I was stuck at 323 then after I weighed again I was 319 ..

It gets better I promise the first 3 days are hell then the 4th day u can tolerate it I lost 23 pounds in those 2 weeks stay focused on the big picture ..YOU CAN DO THIS !!!!

I cried the other day and told hubby its not fun to go out to eat anymore I dont get to start chicken etc until Oct 4th I can get fish and shrimp and soft veggies its frustrating but cant wait till Oct 4th

I was able to get mine done in 4 months as long as you have documintaion from like weight watchers etc I did all my dr appt and gave my journals was approved by ins in 2 days my process started in April and my Surgery was Aug 4th

Your lucky I am like every 3 days having a Bm dont like it as I feel if I dont void daily I wont loose my weight ..
