    I would love to help in any way I can! I feel like I'm still a newbie and learning myself but I can msg you my info. There is a great support group in Owasso at Bailey that may have people further out to support you as well.

    Yes I have going to the support groups but not been happy with the people that have sat with me ..I ordered the big book on gastric bypass it should be here soon it has lots of good info
