    I feel the exact same way, I started my journey at 526.4 lbs, and 3 yrs out I've only lost 200+-. I get so aggravated with myself, that I stay depressed.

    Has anyone lost their motivation and loss control on their journey? I had my RNY in March of 2012, and I had lost over 300 lbs, but have since had some trouble in my life and I've lost interest in my journey. Looking for help to regain control.
