  2. So funny I see this post today because literally this week I have decided I am going to the running store to get a good pair! Very excited about it! My feet are a mess right now with the shoes I have been wearing! Excited to read all your comments!

  5. If I look back at the last week I have worked out 6/7 days for about 30 minutes a day so I reached my 3 hours! Weight is 144
  6. I am late but I'm in! My goal is to do at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. I run 2-3 miles a day. So I guess three hours a week. My current weight is 144 and goal weight for 12/24 will be 135. Great idea by the way!
  7. The pb2 is pretty good. It's a lot less calories too which is a nice snack with an apple!
  8. Roller coaster is right but it gets better, hang in there!

  12. I fell off the wagon yesterday because I was so hungry. Nothing bad just solid food.???? but there are more days and more challenges! Maybe the next one I can stick to it! Great job all!

  15. I am down 3 lbs from yesterday with this liquid business! Hard but paying off!

  19. I also had surgery on May 26th and as of today I am down 56lbs. I was 204.7 at surgery! Now at 148lbs today. Total loss is 107.6lbs since starting the process when weight was 255.6 at my first appointment last August! Feeling pretty great. Close to my nutritionist goal of 140! My goal is 135 ultimately less than 130!

  22. Just tried on clothes from my brothers wedding in 2008 and they fit with room to move! I was at my smallest ever at his wedding! Very excited to have them fit me! Now I need somewhere to wear them!
  23. I can relate to quite a few of these!!! The bat wings clapping for sure! Oh and when I go braless my boobs clap for me too! It's a sad state of affairs on my chest! I don't mind the bony parts though, makes me feel skinny! ????
