    Getting the protein in

I would double check but I think 3 times a day is awful low when I was doing the soft foods it was once every two hours 1 to 3 ounces of a cottage cheese Greek yogurt egg white something along that nature and you were getting in peanut butter something that would help you but three times a day is awful short

    Sleeping

Ok I am now exactly one week Post out han my sleeping at night is awful I came home from the hospital with a CPAP first night I slept like I've never slept before since then I can't seem to get comfortable which I assume is going to be normal but I can't seem to sleep at all I lay in bed and I'm wondering if this has to do with the CPAP machine I'm curious if anybody else is experiencing the same problems because I used to sleep real well now I do have a drainage hose for the CPAP which is annoying but other than that I just curious if anybody else has sleeping problems post surgery

    30/30 rule with protein shakes

I must be oval very fortunate because I have no issues getting down the protein shakes I'm 5 days post op but I can't take the Isopure because it is a wey product and it seems to be messing with my digestive tract so I stuck with just the protein shakes and I'm usually getting 2 boxes of the protein shakes down each day. So between the protein shakes and 32 ounces of water I'm usually getting my supplemental fluids and proteins throughout the day
