That is the BEST feeling!! I bought a jacket in June in size 20 (used to be 22) and I told the people working at the store, I was that happy haha.

Way to go! I did the same thing this weekend! I have not seen that size since I was 22 and I am now 52!

Definitely not a pleasant experience but I'm amazed how well I feel on such a reduced calorie diet.

I've been mixing my protein shakes will lots of ice and some Truvia (to compensate for the dilution caused by the ice) This doubles or triples the size and makes me feel like I'm "eating" more.

I did a week of protein shakes post-op...it IS rough but doable. My pre-op diet was 2 weeks prior and no solids...also rough. You've got this!! It's short term and puts you a day closer to your goal every day. Your surgeon's office sounds awesome that they are following up with you along the way!

Wow! You're the first person that I've come across that will be there at the same time as me. I guess we will see each other and probably share a ride into the OCC. I arrive in San Diego around noon on Sunday. I haven't asked them specifically but I'm assuming they don't do pre-op testing on Sundays.

I'm excited to have a friend "in advance!" We can be walking buddies at the faciity and Marriott.
