My surgery date is November 11th

I too use the nectar unflavored. Online at Amazon or Nashuanutrition.com.

I use nectar Unflavored Protein powder found on Amazon. I use two scoops to get the right amount of protein for me.

I use a product that I found and really like

Musclegen Research GENEPRO Protein Powder it is 30 gram of Protein and I put it my coffee every morning. no taste. dissolve better in hot liquid. use a fork to stir.

I use Isopure as well. I have the GNC card which give me a discount plus they send coupons. I paid $42.99 for that same 3lb tub.

I too will second going with Isopure. Its what I have been using since about April. I was able to find it at GNC, and Vitamin Shoppe. But its about $60 for a 3lbs tube of it. I have a friend that swears by Unjury, but I haven't found a place local to buy that stuff at.

I've only tried one, but both Huz and I are happy with it. Isopure, which I order from Amazon. We tried a 1-lb bag first.

I have never seen unflavored Protein powder in Walmart.< /p>

I don't buy at GNC but GNC carries it, and there are GNCs almost everywhere. I used it in broth, I add it to things, and I use it to make coffee frappes.

Hey! You'll do great as long as you just follow the instructions they give you. I had 3 to 4 Protein Shakes a day with Clear Liquids. It's more strict than some, but it made me feel more disciplined, confident and I let around 18 in two weeks. I would confront my food issues instead of avoiding them which will help you overcome cravings and be more successful after surgery. I am just four days post op but I feel great. Good luck on your surgery and just remember to confront not avoid food and you'll do great!!

Hi, I started my pre-op on the 9th of June, mine consisted of 2-3 Protein Shakes and one non fat Greek yogurt + unlimited sugar free Jello, Popsicles and drinks. I started at 347, and I just weighed myself and I am 328, and I still have two days until surgery! With the diets they put you on its almost impossible to not lose weight! Good luck! You'll do great! (:

Hi everyone! I live in Lafayette, OR; haven't had surgery yet, as I'm still going through all the pre op stuff, then will need insurance approval. I'm a newbie here, and have only posted a couple of times on here:)
