Started my liquid diet today! Two more days I can't believe it!!!!'

At the end of every day I need to Celebrate getting through liquid diet!

Day 5 of liquid diet- surgery in 1.5 days.... 9am on Wednesday. Today driving to get my EKG and I see a bag of chips on the ground... for a split second I was outraged someone would waste them... then laughed. This liquid diet got me feeling like food had feelings- ha!

Hey!! I am scheduled for Monday, August 6th. I am super nervous! I guess mostly that I won't loose any weight after this surgery.

Had mine last August (2017) and I wish each of you a successful surgery and good health. August is a great time to get the surgery. By the time the holidays roll around you'll have figured out your food plans and you won't feel as if you're missing out.

This may be TMI so, let me say sorry up front. Day Five of this Liquid Protein and green veggies diet. Is anyone else on the liquid green veggies diet having some serious diarrhea?? Woke up in the middle of the night running to the bathroom and it’s all green. 😂 ewww. Then before I took my kids to camp again. I can’t keep eating green veggies if this is gonna keep happening. I will be stuck at home all weekend. It’s so uncomfortable using work bathrooms. I don’t use public bathrooms at all. I always hold it until I get home. However with what’s going on now, not sure I will be able to hold it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ ugh 😠 annoyed that I still have a 8 days to go.

Fruit of the Loom Women's Plus-Size Non-Binding Brief PantiesI buy them on Amazon $10 for a pack of 3. I like them because they are breathable, comfortable and they don't roll down or up. Hope this helps!
