What is going on?

@OutsideMatchInside The last 2 weeks I have lost self control. Self-sabotage at it's finest. Not a binge, but not the best food choices, and then I did have a binge yesterday, which kinda scared me because I haven't had one in over a year. I figured out how to eat around the sleeve and broke all the rules. I thought I'd kicked the binge eating. I'm doing better today, but I realize that I still have disordered eating. I need a therapist STAT!

Then do it. You made the self diagnosis, now take control. You have a great tool, use it wisely.
