Girl i been at a plateau for months now!!! not one single pound lost! no i havent lost anything in about 3 months! i just cant seem to make it budge at all,thats why im upping the exercise even more! somethin has to give im gettin fed up LOL

just wanted to stop and say hello ,we had our surgery at the same place, my surgeon is Dr.khalili i had min done June 26th of last year

wow they arent going down? how are you dealing wit hthe head hunger part? Ive been doin all the lean meat and veggies and the gym! im seeing Dr.khalili on 12-11-09 and the dietician the same day. I also have an appt with an endocrinologist ,my thyroid was acting up but then got better,but they still want me to see a specialist, not sure why im not losing weight, i wonder if hormones could be the problem! who da hel knows lol im willing to try anything! are you back at work yet???? glad your doin okay!

Well im glad your getting your energy back! I went for my fill dound out i gainded a pound, he tried to give me a very small fill but i could not swallow water,so he took the small fill out,and told me i will just have to use will power ugh! Im a little discouraged,not sure if im going back there,if they cant put any fill in then whats the point?! I have a 10 cc band that has 5.3 cc's in it when they tried to put it to 5.5 i couldnt swallow water,not real sure what to do.but i am still hittin the gym and tryin to stay at 1000 calories a day. Do you feel like you have good restriction?

yeah i do some weights, i would say light weights not heavy LOL . I am going to try to change up my work outs. when i see the dietician on the 11th i will have her log on to livestrong.com thats where i track all my calories and exercise ,so she can see exactly what i am doing LOL

I have bad knees so no jogging for me lol but i guess i could walk 3 miles? ? im thinkin of doin one hour a day of exercise

hey you! i just now saw your message from the 12th LOL, those are my two sweeties Khaos & Preston, ther are in the terrier family ,they are mini schnauzers,the one with floppy ears is schnauzer and part poodle i think LOL ,anyways they are my babies! how have you been? im really gettin scared! im even having nightmares! 7 more days!
