I like my docs scale. I am always less than my home scale.

@MistyAnnMoon829 - That just happened to me! I got to 298 and stayed <300 for days, but at the doctors yesterday, his scale said 300! I went home and weighed myself and it was 297. His nurse practioner's scale is the same as mine though...I almost asked to go be weighed in her offce, ha!

@OneDollarBill I wish I was that lucky! Must give you motivation to actually get down to the weight it says on their scale?

I am like you my doctors scale weighs me more than mine at home. I hope to be below 200 by 9/8 when I see him. that's 3 lbs a week! starting to do yard work to sweat off those extra lbs....
