  2. Hey Kyle! First of all, you look GREAT! Are you on Facebook? There are a couple groups on there for sleevers and working out that have tons of great advice. Some use preworkout, some eat more... Just personal preference really. You're 4 months post op, so still pretty tight. At about 6-12 months, you will probably be able to eat more. I know I sure can which helps with my workouts.
