  9. I reviewed the results of the studies and am discouraged by the results. The weight loss results (13 lbs after 6 months vs 6 lbs for patients who receives the placebo) didn't seem promising. People also seemed to regain the weight after the balloon was removed.

  14. This happens to me too. I mimic swallowing, without water, and this tends to help within a few minutes.
  15. Well I know it's not as serious, but I made a stupid mistake at the pool and ended up with a severe neck sprain. I feel the same way as you do regarding the exercise and losing my momentum. Just know you're not alone!
