Had my 6 month post op doctor's visit

So far from a year ago my Body Mass Index (BMI) number is down 20 points. This time last year I had a BMI of 51 and now I am at 31. Yeah its still high but that just shows how far I've come in so little time. I need to change my current weight on my profile too. But I am now about 100lbs away from my goal and about 120lbs away from my doctor's goal.

Thank you all. I mean that is a ton of weight to loose in 7 months 110lbs from my surgery date weight to now. If I add up what I lost from a year ago when I was at my highest weight to now, I am literally down 275lbs. And I can indeed tell the difference being that much lighter. I can run up about 4 flights of steps and not be winded at all.
