Definitely the HCG injections. $800+/- for 40 injections. 500 calories per day. What was I thinking??? Of course anyone will lose weight eating 500 calories per day. Cabbage Soup would probably my second.

I would love to hear more and know why you decided that was your best options. Are you having any problems? Acid reflux? Recover time? Energy level? How long were you out of work?

I've heard that your protein should be animal protein or whey protein. My friends NUT told her that. Her surgery was a few years back so I'm not sure if that has changed.

Sounds like the 'famous' stall everyone talks about. It's completely normal. From what I've read, it normally last 1-3 weeks but most people continue to loss inches. I won't have surgery until July but I have read a lot about the stall. Good luck and congrats on the 20 pounds!!!

I met with my Nutritionist today and he told us to drink 1-2 ounces every 15 minutes. Your protein at the top of the hour and other liquids every 15 minutes during the 2 week post-op stage. Slow sips, do not guzzle.

I can't take vitamins early in the morning. Maybe try taking them before bed.
