  1. This was me I made an appointment but then on its own healed so I didn't need to get the edoscopy
  2. I tried to eat but everything makes me vomit I want to eat so bad and it upsets my stomach even vegetables mashed to a baby food consistency makes me vomit. The nurse practitioner told me it might be a strictia (spelling??) but they need to do an endoscopy to confirm but I'm always so hungry, the only thing that I have been able to eat is Chex mix like 4 or five mini squares and I snack on that all day every few hours I'll have 4 or 5 I vomit everything I can't keep everything down

  4. I read that the faster you loose the faster you get to that peek where you don't loose weight. And I'm very weak I can barely eat. I'm still on liquids despite the fact the doctor wants me to have food
  5. I had my surgery on May 12 On April 28 I weighed 351lbs On May 12 I weighed 331lbs Yesterday I weighed myself and I was 274lbs that's means in 6 weeks I lost 74 lbs which too me is a little excessive Is there anyone that can relate?

  15. I can eat a bite of chicken breast and feel like I ate a whole turkey idk how you can eat all that
  16. What I ended up doing was making 16 ounces of my Protein Shake (32g of protein) a banana (2g protein) and 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter (8g of protein) so it would taste different and I have salmon for dinner (19g of protein) so I think I did good. But feel free if you have any opinions or suggestions

I was fine drinking the protein the first week nd introduced puréed foods to my diet on Sunday I'm one week post op today but I started working out on Monday and since then I haven't had no type of appetite not even the protein I do drink my vitamins religiously and I drink water all day nd 4oz of crystal lite in the morning but I can't drink or eat anything else.
