knjay1205 got a reaction from Shanea in April 6 sleeve!
I had my sleeve done on 4/6 and since my husband is deployed and I have a son I think I had to bounce back rather quickly so I feel fine. I do however miss food. I'm not hungry, I know that. But I have to cook for my son and it really makes me wish I could eat.

first of all, you have NOT "already" failed. and please, take that phrase out of your vocabulary, because it sounds like you are EXPECTING to fail.
to me, the amount of exercise you are describing doing is NOT the definition of a sedentary person. so, give your nutritionist the benefit of the doubt of her professional knowledge (regardless of her unfriendly manner) and try upping your calories for a week. i bet you have great results!
one thing i remember from my WW days is that if you eat a little differently each day, it keeps your metabolism active. so even if you add two or three days a week of higher calories, i bet you will see a difference.

I drove at 6 days post-op. One day after leaving the hospital, but I couldn't take being driven around by my gramma anymore. THAT scared me.
Exercise- I have walked quite a bit this week since coming home from the hospital, (today is day 11 post-op), but no 'planned' walking for exercise. My phone measures my steps and I'm getting in about 3,000 a day. Today I shopped for almost 6 hours. My surgeon says I can start getting on the treadmill. He even said I can go ahead and swim now, but his handout says no swimming (incisions) for 3 weeks. I'm probably going to start planned purposeful exercise after Christmas, once I am well on soft foods.

I started walking around the block a few days after surgery. At first, I could barely make it around but I did it every day and increased the times around. I drug myself to the car about 5 days post op because I had to get my kids something to eat and my husband was at work. I didn't start working out per Se until 6 weeks but I walked daily before that.
