I live off of the caramel and banana shakes. Soo good!!
I'm allowed SF pudding thinned down by milk. But instead of milk I thin them down with premier shakes. I use the caramel with vanilla pudding.

My absolute favorite brand of protein. I find the vanilla and strawberry overly sweet though. Is banana and Carmel sweet or just right. I might have to try them.
