  1. I'm doing well . I had my surgery September 2014. also I am 86 pounds down. I have reached a stall but this too shall pass I have no regrets there have been no problems and I am looking and feeling great!!!
  2. ok I am at 86 pounds down and I have been on a stall for one month. would starting back on one of my earlier phases work such as eating pureed food like I did during week 4. anybody out there ever went back to one of their for eating phases where you eat less but consume a lot of protein and water and exercise? help this is really starting to get me me down. I have more weight to lose to reach my goal.

  4. I have you my journey started February 2014 my surgery was not on Dale September 2014 a long process. it has been worth the wait no problems no regrets at 88 pounds down so far :-)

  13. 86 pounds in three months wow you are doing great regardless to what you think you're doing bad. they are on course eat the right foods and the right amount and you do just fine. be encouraged don't go back

  17. My weight had stalled after almost 7 months. Im 86 pound down and I want to reach my goal .I think I'm going to try the Atkins diet. anyone have any thoughts on that? Will it hurt me or is it alright?

  19. first day of Atkins diet. let's see if this will unstall my stall. Meat, cheese, egg, vegtables, vitamins.

  21. Peggy1962, I flavor my water. Go back to the basics and the weight will start to fall off. ( protein,water,exercise)
