Google "BMI calculator" and you will find several basic calculators that will calculate your BMI according to age, height, sex, etc... I just put my goal weight and it was within normal range.

You could also search and look for a basic BMI chart.

That's about as vague as asking what's a good day?

BMI for women? BMI for men? BMI for a teenager, senior, adult, child? BMI for athletes? Need a little more detail to answer that question. Google is pretty good at vague though so I would suggest starting there if you dont' have more info.
