Why does the tiny bit of eggshell wait to hop into my mouth with the last bite of omelet, thereby ruining the whole thing? If it must lurk in the egg mixture, why won't it have the courtesy to get it over with a the start?

@LipstickLady -- I always thought it's spelled k-e-y-s. Live and learn. Hey, do you know that if you to to another room to get something but forget what it is by the time you get there that going back to the starting point will refresh memory? It works every time.
