  1. I was wondering this. I don't feel hungry yet at 4 weeks post op. my Surgeon did say that some of the hormone will grow back, but if you follow the plan with 5 small meals you will feel less hungry.
  2. what part is the pouch the shading?
  3. Is the Ricotta Bake on the purred or soft foods. If it is on the pureed do I have to puree it when it comes out of the oven due to the cheese on top? Thanks!

  5. I have tried the apple melon. it is not bad, I had to water it down a little. It counts as liquid so it is all good/

  7. I have the Nutra Bullet Ninga Pro, its blender, food processor and juicer. Pricey 150 , but so worth it. It is super easy to clean!

  9. agree with all of the above. My guidelines say 30-44 grams a day, no more than 11 at one meal. So if I make lean choices it will be good. I HATE FAT FREE CHEESE! I do not mind reduced fat, so I have switched to that.
  10. I feel like I am going to be a slow loser. I have lost 13 pounds in the 2 weeks since surgery, but I know that will slow down. If this time next year I am at goal maintaining, I will be happy.
  11. i just started the purees yesterday, my surgery was 3/30. I find if I take small bites, and eat about 4 oz over an hour I seem to do okay. I had a hernia too. The first 2 days were clearly the worst of all.
  12. hi everyone just got sleeved on 3/31, 70 pound left to lose, lost 32 between supervised diet liquid diet and post op. Start purees on Monday. Can t wait for my journey, Where is everyone else?
  13. start with the food diary. I always thought I was eating much less. Weight loss is calories in vs calories out, sleeve or not.
  14. I read that you wont get that full feeling until you are on soft and solids.
  15. I was thinking of making protein pops from the isopure liquid - remember we made those as kids !
  16. How much yogurt could you eat on your full liquids phase? I am not sure how much or how long it should take. HELP

I have been having such issues with the constipation 2 days in a row I had to use a suppository because the poop got stuck it is like a hard brick and my muscles are so sore it hurts to sit I am going to do the Metamucil 4 times a day and the stool softener and up my water even more - it is agony poopong in pain ????????????????????????????I know total tmi but if I cannot say it here where can I ?
  20. my shake is watery! Really needs the milk! I may bring a mini fridge in to put under my desk. There is 2% milk in the vending machine, but my pre-op diet clearly says 1% or skim
