Any suggestions for an affordable blender which is easy to clean? Don't expect to use it long term because nutritionist doesn't recommend caloric liquids after first month or so!

I have a cuisinart hand blender. Unbelievably easy to use and clean, and it doesn't put air in your protein shakes and make them all bubbly and foamy and gross. It costs about $35 on Amazon, which isn't nothing, but also isn't a multi-hundred dollar ninja whatever.

I already had a Magic Bullet so I didn't buy anything new, but it worked great for the thin liquids and pureed stages.

I have the Oster Personal Blender. It comes with a 20 oz bottle you blend your drinks right in. I love it!

Hey, my hubby gave me one of these a couple of years ago. Do you use ice in shakes with yours? How does it do?

@@mykdzmom I don't use ice in my shakes. I can imagine it would probably not do well unless you were starting with soft crushed ice rather than ice cubes.

I have the Nutra Bullet Ninga Pro, its blender, food processor and juicer. Pricey 150 , but so worth it. It is super easy to clean!
