Always hungry
Jenn1 summed it up. Not sure but I bet sodium is also high. I try to stick with food with less than 5 ingredients which is not sausage deli meat some cheeses and the pop tart plus. After holiday I am coming off carb cravings too. I drink a glass of water then wait 30 minutes after noticing hunger.

How to tell a loved one you plan to get WLS?
I sat him down - over wine and told him. Had spoken about previously. It happened quick and cost a bundle We had a few moments. He was not on board until like 6 months after. It was hard Life is hard. I knew he was with me even though he disagreed and was confused. He was scared It is OK. Trust.

Help - I’ve stalled during first month!
Hang in there. Maybe cut back on exercise to you get more fuel. Take measurements you may be building muscle. All just passing thoughts. The stalls are frustrating and is easy to lose sight of the fabulous progress you have made.

This has become a huge moneymaker for many hospitals and medical centers. insurance companies drive the standard of care rather than the protocols I always thought sticky buns were deadly!
