  1. Hi Melanie, Thanks for the response. We should support each other. I've been feeling down lately, and I dont seem to have any self control with the food. Do you have that also.........
  2. I wanna join!!!!!!!!!!! Banded 1/07,lost 30 lbs, gained back 7 and am miserable................................................ HELP!! iIt helps just knowing there might be more like me. I have been feeling like a loser!!!!!!!!!! (Not the weight loss type!)
  3. I was banded 1/07, have flown several times, and have set off the alarm once, for different reasons, ie: watch, metal on me. I have never mentioned my lap band, and I wouldn't. There is no metal on the band, and it is not their business, as is a IUD or any other personal implant. The band itself would never set off the alarm. I would not even mention it to the airport security, as this may alert them to a potential problem.
  4. as far as your question, i don't know what kind of band or how much fill. he did tell me that their is not much more he can put in.
  5. I don't know whats wrong with me. Ate too much today, seems like since I feel like the band doesn't work, that we have both given up (me and the band) I'm getting really bummed.........Hope you are all doing good. Nor:help:
  6. :thinkHi guys, this is my first time on any forum! I was done 1/07, did good for a while, lost 30 pounds, now i've put on 7 lbs. I have no restrictions at all! The doctor said I'm pretty filled up, yet I can eat anything. He said that sometimes people can have food store in their esophagus. Has anyone heard of this?
