Had my surgery on jan 5, feeling ok! Sore and lots of gas! Looking forward only.....good luck everyone!

I loved loved loves to smoke! I knew they wouldn't do surgery on me unless I quit for 6 months! I went to see a hypnotist. I am now smoke free for 13 months and having surgery tomorrow! Just an idea! Good luck, hoe it works out for you!

Exact same feeling! My surgery is also jan 5! I have been on liquid diet since last Monday! I have hardly lost anything which makes it more upsetting! I have not had a coffee since last Sunday and I was getting headaches but I think it was lack of caffeine! It will get better (headache)! Just want the next week to go by fast!

This has been about 6 month prep! I went last year but I was a smoker and had not stopped! I'm now 13 months smoke free and in august I began the journey again!

Jan 5th, sooooo excited but not liking the liquid diet! Especially over the holidays! You got to do what you got to do I guess!
