Hi! I just found this email from you! I don't know how I missed it before! I haven't noticed any Christians from MN either. I have met one person from Superior, but I don't know what beliefs she has. It's been great talking with her about the band. I really enjoy reading the Christian posts on this site. It's helping to support me in this huge decision! I haven't gotten a surgery date yet, but any day now! I go back and forth between being scared and excited! If you want to write to me directly, my email is diamond2000@mac.com
Are you banded already? Where is your surgeon? I'm going with Dr. Smith in Park Rapids.
It did snow here yesterday, but it's not sticking. Praise the Lord is right! I am so ready for spring!!

I had the sleep test done too! It was a breeze. I am so gald it was done. I have been using the CPAP machine and feel so much more rested and awake all day long. My banding was done on 12/12/07. I have lost over 40 pounds. God is so good! I will pray for you. Feel free to ask me any questions anytime!

Some doctors use different procedures but my doctor had me do the pre-banding diet and I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks! -
Hi there! I see you are from Duluth,MN. I am from Eveleth,MN. It is nice to see a fellow chrisitian from Minnesota. I haven't noticed any others yet. How is the snow down there. It is almost all melted up here! Bring on the spring and praise the Lord! :thumbup:

I am back. So much going on in my life that I forgot to visit this website. THis site is great and I am doing great. Praise the lord. Thanks for all of your support. I am still losing! I have lost over 40 pounds since being banded 12/12/07. God is so good. I love my life and love the Lord!

Try putting some split pea soup in a magic bullet or blender. I love split pea soup and tried this. It worked great and was very filling too! God bless!

Joyross. Hang in there. we are all with you praying. By the way before my surgery I didn't like yougart. Then I starting eating it now and I have grown to like it. There is regular yougart and that thick kind which reminds me of chocolate mouse consistancy. Very tasty. You should try it! I will be praying for you!. God bless!
