Some doctors use different procedures but my doctor had me do the pre-banding diet and I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!

I am back. So much going on in my life that I forgot to visit this website. THis site is great and I am doing great. Praise the lord. Thanks for all of your support. I am still losing! I have lost over 40 pounds since being banded 12/12/07. God is so good. I love my life and love the Lord!

Try putting some split pea soup in a magic bullet or blender. I love split pea soup and tried this. It worked great and was very filling too! God bless!

Joyross. Hang in there. we are all with you praying. By the way before my surgery I didn't like yougart. Then I starting eating it now and I have grown to like it. There is regular yougart and that thick kind which reminds me of chocolate mouse consistancy. Very tasty. You should try it! I will be praying for you!. God bless!

Way to go everyone. Yesterday I went for my first adjustment today and got 3 cc fill. I have lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks and 29 pounds since my journey started 5 weeks ago today.
