    Anyone in north carolina

I live in Carolina and sometimes it hard to really talk to other without being judged.
  3. You can do it I have 25-30 more pounds to go and it is not coming I will also do shakes and workout harder, but I will so let's go do this thing together.
  4. We all are so very sacred of gaining the weight back and we have to always work harder than the next person. I am always watching and praying that I never have to see large size clothes again . I hate being fat and looking big. I love not having to ask if they have My size. Yes we all will fall but just don't stay down.

    Help

That scale can lie and it can make you become depressed so try not to step on it so much and keep working out. We all are here for you.
  7. Let's start from the basis, the shakes . You can do it and I will help you because we all are in this together. I joined the YMCA and it had helped me but I still have to be so careful. So let us just buddy this up and help each other.

    Christian sleevers ?

I am here for you. I had it almost a whole year ago next month and have lost over 80 pounds and trying to lose 100 , it is hard but I love my body and dressing more. I can now cross my legs.
  10. I understand not telling anyone,I am the same way. People who know that you had weight loss surgery act as if you do not have to work to loss weight, as if you took the easy way out and as if it doesn't count. You are talked about either way so I just keep my business to myself and as for now I feel that even some of my family I wish that I had not told. Family as well as others treat you different and the more the weight fall the dislike shows. Love yourself more yourself more and just hold on to GOD's hand. He loves you no matter what weight we are , he is happy for us.

No health issues until later, I was blessed to have the sleeve done in December 2014 and I am now down to 187. I still plan on more my husband states that he is cheating with new woman and I love it. Do what you feel is right for you.

    Low BMI-ers

I did protein shakes and love my water. I had my sleeve done in December 2014.
  13. Iam praying that God will turn things around for you. I could not hold down my shakes so I was told by my doctor to just stop them. I still have a hard time with foods and water but I just keep prayer that things will get better. I had my surgery on December 9th of last year and are still not where I need to be. MY FOOD is being chopped up still and I can't drink a lot of water , just a glass a day if I am lucky.
