I'm in Phase II of Gastric Sleeve diet, does anyone know if I can eat beer cheese soup?

Yeah! My move is over and I was able to get back on my elliptical and treadmill today! I feel great!

Went out with a fresh mani-pedi and wearing my new "skort," thinking I was all that and a bag of chips. Got home and looked in the mirror and saw raccoon eyes from smeared mascara. That's what I get for being vain.

I am offically 10 pounds from my goal!! I am so excited!

I try to be a nice person but sometimes my mouth doesn't cooperate.

Finally at my 3 months i hit 100 pounds down. Whew! so happy!

I found myself choosing clothing this morning that makes me look fuller. I guess I don't like all the "too thin" comments. Everybody needs to back off.

If I'm too embarrassed to record it on MyFitnessPal, perhaps I should not be eating it.
