Oprah is a fraud. She is the LAST person I would take any weightloss advice from seeing as how she's rich beyond measure, has a chief, personal trainer, glam squad ect..and still can't get her shit together. She could literally have someone exercise her body for her and she still can't keep it off longer than a few months. I don't know why WW would even support a multimillionaire failure in the weigh loss division. I don't trust them. They should pick a real human that has done WW and kept it off for a few years. They aren't repeatable in my opinion. As far as the show....no clue what it is.

People are stupid. Some feel the need to talk just to hear their own voices. While that situation does happen it's only going to happen if that's what you want. You may want to remind them that when they cut open your stomach that didn't unhinge your legs. Not everyone loses weight for the purpose of running off. So ignorant. You may also want to point out some of the important issue going on in the world that could use some of their attention so they will have something else to focus on besides your life.

I drink coffee just like I always have. Coffee, one pack of Splenda and powdered creamer. I'm alive and doing just fine.

Hi all! I was at one of our clinic today where we have a new employee. One of the nurses there has decided to have WLS since seeing my success. We were talking about it since her surgery is next Tuesday and the new girl started asking me about mine. I told her I was 267 last year and now I'm 145. She says "wow I didn't not think you weighed that!" I was stuffing a rollo in my mouth at the time and started to spit it out. I said oh, what I look like I weigh more huh? She says no way! You look so small! I never would have guessed you were ever big! That made my day!! Next, I got this new guy in my life! He's my future jogging partner once the weather warms up. I'm gonna do it this time. I'm kind of in love! Hope everyone is doing well
