  1. Mine was little over an hour. I didn't have any thing else done.
  2. Premier Protein in chocolate
  3. Wow it sounds like you've been through quit the journey already. Congrats of working to get yourself off that vicious cycle. It sounds like you know exactly what you want and need. I wish you the best of luck on your continued journey into a heathy life!
  4. That's awesome! You should be proud! Congratulations!
  5. No. Sorry bout the stomach crud.yuck!
  6. @@Cyr I was doing 2 shakes a day with the premier, now I do one chocolate ready made shake with one scoop of syntrax PB cookie mixed In for 53 grams of protein (14oz) I eat though. If I don't feel much like eating I will make two that day and easily get 106 grams in.
  7. @@brandy31 My taste didn't really change at all. I don't have hunger anymore but when I do eat I still like what I eat...everyone's different.
  8. If your only drinking 4oz of the shake at a time make sure it's high protein. I mix a premier protein shake (ready made) with one scoop of syntrax PB cookie protein . It makes about 14oz and has 53 grams of protein. If you could break it up throughout the day you would be doing pretty good.@@smcclur3
  9. I would say do a BMI calculator put in weights until your in the normal weight category and shoot for that. Anything more is just icing!
  10. B-12 for energy and decaf chai tea!
  11. I think most everybody feel some part of that. I was unsure/Nervous up until they knocked me out. I kept telling my husband "they won't care if I leave, I'm sure it happens all the time" "we should just go" I am incredibly thankful everyday that I went through With it! I'm still new-ish 10weeks but in that short amount of time I have lost 40 lbs, went from a size 18 to 12/14. I have no hunger (best thing ever!) my life no longer Revolves around food. I don't wake up every morning "ready to start a new diet" and I don't go to sleep at night feeling like I "failed another diet attempt" it was such a vicious cycle that I am extremely happy to be rid of!! I know it's scary but the benefits are so much more Awesome! Now, I didn't have any post op issues, I had a decent recovery and I'm blessed to not have the hunger (as of yet) every one is different so keep that in mind. I wouldn't change it for anything! I wish you all the best!
  12. Yay! Have a safe trip! Good luck!
  13. 10 weeks out and I still don't. Not because I can't but because they are trigger foods for me and I will eat more than I should...even at a slow pace. But nuts are good for you if you can control It!! I'm just not willing to take that chance......yet
  14. It could be gas or acid..if it continues or gets worse you should call your DR
  15. High protein, low sugar, low carb, low sodium, I know sounds awful but I fill really easy on protein alone so it makes the rest super easy!
