Affairs?
@@Countrygrrl Ok good! Don't end up on wives with knives! My husband would never have any Outings with another woman (not if he wanted to keep his face attached to his body) out of respect for me and vise versa but like you said they have a "arrangement" that makes it ok for them thats fine whatever. I hope they have brains enough to understand that "most" people value having a monogamous relationship and interfering in that could get them hurt. Like over here at the Mason's house. I will cut a bi*ch to say it nicely! I'm glad your figuring it all out! I knew you would.

Affairs?
No! No! And No! None of this sounds right. "Open" marriage? What?! Open as in they tell each other everything? Thats the only way "Open" is appropriate in a marriage! I am telling you, you DO NOT want to cheat in order to end a relationship! Don't even waste your time with that "thought". Not only is it a horrible thing to do to another human but it's setting you up for failure. God doesn't like ugly! Nothing good comes from ending a relationship in that way. If You don't want to be with this man after 15 years for whatever reasons then fine that's your choice as a grown adult but at least try to do it in a amicable way. I don't know your life and I sure don't know your man or what he's done to you to make you even consider these things BUT as crappy as he may be, people can only do to you what you allow them to do. Remove yourself from the situation. If you are that miserable chances are he's not over there whistling Dixie! If you end it in a mature way you will probably be doing both of you a favor in the end (even if it takes some time passing to realize it). It's nice to feel "wanted" and be sent nice messages and have coffee "dates" I get it but it means a hell of a lot more when your single and the person showing all this interest is single too. It sounds like you have enough stress in your life at the moment, don't add to your misery by conjuring up crazy thoughts! Take some YOU time. I'm sending you well wishes and I wish you all the best. Do what you know is right morally and make decisions you are comfortable living with. Good luck!!! Oh and PS I don't buy into the whole weight loss causing "affairs" who-ha! I LOVE and am IN love with my husband Fat, skinny, ect.. No amount of fat or lack thereof is going to change what's in my heart for my husband. In fact there wasn't any talk about weight or pounds of fat in any of our wedding vowels! :)

Probably the millionth hair question but.....
I wanted to grow my hair out about a year ago so when I was researching it I read that people where putting monistat 7 (yes, vag cream) on the scalp to help with growth. They actually had a "monistat challenge" I tried it and it actually did work BUT it's time consuming and cost. Weird...I know.

Probably the millionth hair question but.....
I'm sure this question is on here somewhere but I'm going to be a pain and ask it again. If you have lost or are losing hair when did it start? I'm trying to see if there is average time. I am 3 months Out now and I haven't lost any extra hair. I hope I'm just "lucky" but I'm also prepared for it to go (I have a rather cute hair style picked out just in case.) I've been getting 100+ grams of protein in since week 2. I eat 800 calories a day, take all my vitamins including biotin since before surgery. I honestly don't workout hardly at all (I know bad) but I have great weight loss so far And feel good. Things are shaping up as far as skin bounce back but I will start working out soon. Sometimes I wonder if hair loss is worsened by the calories/nutrient restriction and then adding a lot of exercise on top of that makes you burn even more of the limited calories putting you further into a calorie deficient ....I don't know I'm not a hair expert and that's not why I haven't worked out as much , it's a combo of busy/lazy. I'm on it, in fact I've started by wearing some lovely yoga pants today (it's a start just warming up for the real deal, baby steps...comfortable baby steps :)I'm just curious as to when it all started to come out if at all. Thank you in advance!

So hungry
Everyone is just so different it hard to Say what's "normal" and not. If you weren't hurting I guess that's a good thing. I am 3 months out and have 0 hunger..ever. I don't know if it will come back or not? Maybe I'm not "normal" I also don't eat a whole lot (still get most of my nutrients and protein from shakes and quest bars) I have no issues eating I just don't...BUT with that being said I get all my numbers in protein, water, vitamins, and I've yet to lose any hair...who knows we are all sooo different!

Help with shakes
I drink the ready made shakes In chocolate (premier protein) I've been drinking them Since pre-op. Syntrax was too sweet for me (I can't stand the fuzzy navel still, I have a whole container wasting in my kitchen) I'm 3 months out and can Just now use the PB cookie syntrax . I use a half scoop in my ready made shake with a bit of added water. If you need to add some water or milk to thin them out a bit do it. I wouldn't Stay away from them they have a wonderful amount of protein (especially for a newbie) just adjust it to your liking. I love ready made. They are super convenient and no clumps. I have no doubt you will find a good one for yourself. Good luck!

Chia seeds
@@mrs kaje Hi, I didn't time them but I would say about 10-15 minutes. I was just experimenting. I measured out about 4 tablespoons and add Maybe a cup of water. They got thick like they do when you just let them sit but they also (finally) became soft. I used them twice last night. I'm pretty sure that's the only way I will ever be able to eat them.
