Dry foods like chicken do that to me too. Try to avoid dry foods if you can. Did you try to drink some warm fluid?

GOT MY DATE TODAY...APRIL 9! Now what?
Now you celebrate! I would practice eating sloooow and small bites. Try some protein drinks and find one you like. My favorite is chocolate ready -made premier protien drinks. I wouldn't spend a lot buying big tubs because your taste can change after surgery. Look up some healthy recipes and snacks that you can have after surgery. Get a food tracker app on your phone ect..if you don't already have a way to track food. Find some good chewable vitamins. Make a list of stuff for the hospital. Research what to expect after surgery. Know your food stages so you can prepare and know what to buy. So many things!!!

Convenience foods
I like the P3 snacks. They have meat, cheese, and nuts. All in a small portion. I'm not sure how long they can stay out though? I also like boiled and pickled eggs. Maybe you could get a little cooler to carry with you so the food will stay fresh?

Website Difficulties?
Oh I have to re-write things almost constantly! I've learned to copy periodically so when it all disappears I can paste it back. It's extremely annoying. I almost quit posting all together for that reason. It becomes too time consuming. Maybe @@Alex Brecher could tell us why?

Old habits rearing their ugly head again! YIKES!
Your going to need a mind adjustment. Start now and throw all the junk away in your house. Sit down and write out a healthy grocery list. Research healthy snack options and get some. Track everything you put in your mouth. Drink more water. Try to focus on something besides junk food. Maybe start a hobby. Whatever just don't go back down that road. I had an aunt who did the same thing after WLS and put all her weight back on and is now miserable and depressed about it. You don't want that. Stop while your ahead!

Acid reflux: when did it start for you? How bad is it?
