Wait until you start eating semi solids or regular foods. You'll know! It's very restrictive. I felt the same way. If it wasn't for my exit incision pain, you'd think I didn't have a procedure. It wasn't until week 3 that I started to feel restriction.

Premier Protein shakes ready to drink from costco. 30 G Protein, 160 calories. vanilla or chocolate. Taste pretty good. Not sure if you have Costco in Canada. If not, you must have GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or order online. Lots of great choices out there. Costco also carries a powder I got also. 27g protein, 140 calories. I believe by EAS.

Proud to say that today I broke the 100lbs lost mark! I've lost 101lbs altogether. 47lbs pre op and 53lbs post op on 9/10/14. Very happy

Hey everyone, today marks 6 months since Being sleeved!
Total lost is 135 lbs.
45 lbs lost pre surgery
90 lbs lost since Sept (6 months) post op
Lost 16" around waist/ 8 pants sizes!
I'm very happy! Today I weigh 245 lbs and I'm hoping to lose 45 more lbs over the next 6 months to get to 200 lbs. I hope everyone is doing well!
