      Feeling exhausted is normal. I slept a lot that first week and took naps for a few weeks after. At 7 weeks I feel fantastic.

    Officially moved my weight back up 2 pounds... I haven't done that before because a day or two weight gain always dropped back down but this one's been around long enough now to change the tracker. :( Oh well... onward and upward -- I'm gonna keep doing what's worked so far.
