  1. Yeah it sucks I have nothing anyone has mentioned at home and Idk where there is an open pharmacy near by
  2. I find this true because pre-op I had perfectly smooth skin super nice. But post op I'm going thru puberty! No matter how much I wash my face I get craters on it!
  3. I'm a baker! It's one of the hardest thing especially at work with all the temptation and although I have a day where I eat a cookie and a day where I don't eat it at all I wouldn't change it. But flinging the extra good stuff off your hands is one of the most rewarding things! Now I want a meatball
  4. I know i can't take certain medicane so I just need to know what can I take for a cough? I think I have a cold! Sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose, I'm really congested. Thanks!
  5. Yeah my NUT seems to be different then everyone's she says no coffee ever. But everyone's so different. I know I should listen to mine but COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE! lol
  6. I'm not like in dyer need of it but I love DD in the morning before work. I'm 7 weeks out when can I revisit my long lost pal?
  7. I'm almost 2 months out and this is my second week of actually going to the gym. I pick times right after work or class because once I'm home I won't leave. Although I do take a 9:30am zumba class and quite honestly idk how I'm getting up for up! Just think of how much better you'll feel after. And if that doesn't work. GET YOUR ASS UP AND GO WALK =)
  8. I guess I don't want to drink yet but I do when June comes around for my birthday! I know it's all sugar and empty carbs but I miss black out drunken nights with my girls. Haha I'm still young!
  9. This sounds so gross yet so amazing yet still gross. Haha! Gotta try it because I'm caving in to much and I'm finally leaving the 222lb mark and reaching 216 but I'm between the two now.
  10. Pre op I had the biggest sweet tooth ever I mean I'm a baker for god sake! So post op I was fine. Not that I'm 7 weeks out its coming back and I haven't been exactly ignoreing it. Any substitution ideas?
  11. That's the point! Haha but I just want to make sure my tummy can handle it right
  12. I don't think I'm going to drink ever again or at all but if I was to even think about a sip I'm just curious. When did you start drinking again?
  13. I'm 7 weeks out is it okay? I mean I know it's not but I know it wasnt okay in the begining. Also I think it was caused by me not chewing it too good because it came out almost the way it was at first. Lol
  14. Oh ni I'm only 6 weeks post op!
  15. Good because bad breath is one of my pet peeves! It needs to go! And yeah that also explains the urine smell. So I guess I should be happy about it.. haha
  16. So as weird as it is I focuse on good breath before surgery my breath was always amazing and fresh! Now post op I wake up with worse morning breath then ever! And thru out the day I notice it's bad I've brushed my tounge like always and now I use mouth wash (I never had to before) I think it might be because of the Protein drinks but not sure. Am I the only one? And yes I use breath strip religiously now!
  17. I tried. But it's not the same.
  18. No offense takin! I have another appointment monday so it's not like I'm going to eat it right now. I like to see what everyone had to say on the subject because I know people who do the stages on their own pace. So idk. Every doctor is different. I have a list of questions to ask already lol!
  19. Yeah that's why I didn't want to eat it because of the staple part but shouldn't it be. Loss by now like not many staples would be not as exposed if that makes sense
  20. So Is it a no no because it's usualy not tolerated? Also I've had no issues with much so hopefully I'll be okay! Haha
  21. I joined 2 months before my surgery and never went and then didn't go until week 4 post op but now I'm excited! I'm going 4 days a week 2 days zumba and 2 days body pump which is a toning class. Hope you have fun with it too!!!!
  22. I'm a 5 weeks post op I know i probably can't have it now but it's my weakness and with christmas I loooove the tins where you get 3 flavors so maybe if I buy one I can eat it....... when? Lol
  23. False alarm I got it today. But I've never experiance cramps before and now I feel like my uterus is just pissed off at me!
  24. First off it'll be ok I promise. You'll have some pain but just do as much walking as you can. Walk and get up on your own. If they offer you pain meds at the hospital you take them all lol. Second don't worry so much about getting enough protein and water it'll be fine its really not that hard once you get the hang of it. If you feel full then stop drinking or eating don't over do it TRUST me I've over done it at least twice and it is not a fun feeling it's the worst pain ever. It'll be fine worry about these things once your there right now just be excited for this life changing experiance!
  25. I think maybe. Because like I said in the post I also Had a mango (the fruit not the drink flavor) and that ran right through me. But I also don't think so because I made cookies and I ate a piece (oops) and I was fine.
