  1. I have zero clue what that is
  2. No dumping. I ate Chipotle. Steak rice Beans corn tomatoes lettuce things I normally eat (i love chipotle) I've always been fine. I was just really hungry and took that lethal too far bite. I just felt discomfort. I'm all good now.
  3. I'm 3 months post op and this has only happened twice I forgot all about this unbearable pain!
  4. Sucks so bad! I feel like death! Just saying lol
  5. I'm 11 weeks out and am always hungry too I just drink water but I also allow one cheat meal every other week. Don't deprive yourself because that'll cause failure in the long run. It'll be fine. Just talk to your surgeon and they'll suggest something.
  6. I get in 80-90 worth of protein and I've been taking a biotin for about a month now. I was sure to get in protein because I have the typical thick Hispanic hair that I didn't want to loose. But again my hair is always up and I have to put hairspray in it so I feel like it might be the pony tail but I'm not sure. My boyfriend says he finds my hair more often tho. It's a mystery!
  7. The first one is when I first noticed and the second one was last night. I thought it was because my hair is always up but I don't think so anymore.
  8. 10/30 I don't feel bold yet but it's been a lot. After the shower I loose chunks and through out the day it's a strand here and there.
  9. I noticed a lot of people cut their hair shorter once hair loss was noticed. I've washed my hair twice this week (i usually only wash my hair 1-2 times a week) and both times I've had huge hair balls. Did you cut your hair if not did it look bad balder and thinner and if you did was it better?
  10. Yeah I've never had a uti before so Idk how that would feel but I'm in zero pain it's just an inconvenience because I sip and it's like oh gotta pee! But I usually just hold it in until it builds up to the point that yeah its time to go haha.
  11. 12 weeks out and lately I've been noticing no matter how little I drink I feel like I need to pee I remembered in the beginning I wouldn't pee for hours. I try to hold it in for as long as I can because it's usually just the sip I just took that makes me want to GO. I see my surgeon next week but I just was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
  12. I'm 11 weeks post op. I like how my legs look now but my upper half just doesn't match so I definitely need some cardio. I'm just I guess I'm scared to start.
  13. I think I asked before or I know there's probably a million of these post but here goes. I have been seeing the scale move and I feel like I has to do with muscle gain. I lift 3 times a week and do zumba 2 times a week. I feel like I need to add cardio. Opinions? Also if your a runner how did you start out. I think I should add running to my routine but I dred it because I feel like I'll get bored. Or as weird as it sounds I fear of getting tired quick and not being able to do it.
  14. I was told 3 because by the time they put you in the room and you get put under the doctors scrub then they cut you then sew you back up then you wake up the you go to your recovery room that should be about 3 hours lol
  15. I was sleeved October 30 2014. Just take it a day at a time. Don't compare yourself to anyone else. We all loose at our own pace. Your head will not catch up to your eyes. What I mean by that is right now I'm going thru a bit of depression. I know I lost weight and I see it SOME TIMES I still feel over weight which sucks hardcore. Hope everything went well. I bet you'll do great.
  16. Yeah I did one each month post op. They all look the same to me now
  17. Thank you for answering My next appointment with my doctor and NUT is the 28 so I'll see if I need to change anything. And I found a support group closer to home that I'll go to Monday.
  18. I know I posted this somewhere but I just can't stop being upset at the most random time. I STILL FEEL 259LBS! I am now 215lbs almost under 200 but I don't see it going down. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week zumba and lifting is all I do. Should I add more cardio since I'm gaining muscle (which is possibly why the scale won't move) I'm just sad lately from time to time. I knew depression might kick in but I didn't think so soon. I'm 11 weeks post op
  19. I was just curious. Since being sleeved in looking into becoming a zumba instructor and a personal trainer and I also am thinking of going to school to become a nutritionist! Have any of you done something around this ballpark after surgery?
  20. Oh no now I'm scared! But I don't think I'll be on it for more then 2 years. My b.f and I are looking into getting married this year and hopefully kids in 2. I guess we'll see. I know my first shot made my period last for 7 days and I was spotting for 5 days.
  21. Also anyone have some must haves to get at the grocery store? Going tomorrow
  22. I just haven't figured out how to cook for a portion for myself. Also I use to do shakes in the morning but it feels below zero in the mornings I can't do it.
  23. I just put the scale away. I'm too scared to measure myself. My cloths haven't changed on my body because they were extra big on purpose before and I haven't wore jeans in 3 years I've been wearing leggings so I can't see much
  24. I basically eat whatever but I don't eat anything with more then 10g of sugar. And I read labels. But Idk I need to prep I guess it's just hard to eat the same thing all the time
