Good Morning Beanie !!! you okay?
13. Flower, for me this time of year I seem to lose alot of hair, maybe your body is just changing. My DH used to shake his head at the amount of hair he would pull from the drain, I mean LOADS and it would go on for a few months. Don't panic, it will grow back. Some times rapid wl will cause this. Also, are you getting enough protein?
14. Hey Greg... no need to appologize I'm really glad you posted it because it made me get off my ass and look at the medicine I was giving my 4 year old. I thank you for that I always have outdated medicine in my cabinet....this sort of stuff is good to know, even if its a reminder

Have Fun !!!
16. Hi Barbara, You lost 20 lbs in the past two months GOOD JOB !!! Yes exercise does make a difference. Building muscle will also help you burn calories. I'm sure getting a fill will help as well but in the mean time start planning an exercise schedule that you can stick to... you don't have to run 10 miles but start out slow like maybe walking 1/2 a mile a day and then trying to add a little more each week or so. If you don't have weights at home, grab 2 can's of Soup or veggies and while your watching TV do some arm exercises with them. Just remember this is not a race... slow and steady is GOOD !!! HUGS and GOOD LUCK !!!
17. The lady I work with bleeds alot when she gets bladder infections. Did they check you for bleeding hemorrhoids? Hope you feel better soon !!! keep us posted.
18. Although this was true in 2000, this information is VERY outdated. I am sitting here with two bottles of Dimetapp and none has PPA. http://www.snopes.com/medical/drugs/ppa.asp The list of products cited in the e-mail quoted above is now several years out of date, and as the FDA has noted: [T]here is no comprehensive, updated list available from FDA. FDA is aware of emails circulating widely that list many products allegedly containing PPA. Those emails are no longer valid and should be ignored. Please read the labels of OTC products to determine if they contain PPA. The FDA has set up a toll-free number for PPA questions at (888) INFO-FDA. A direct line, although it is not toll-free, is (301) 827-4570. The FDA also has a Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) Information page available on their web site. The FDA has advised that consumers go through their medicine cabinets, paying special attention to cold remedies and diet aids, and discard any medications that list phenylpropanolamine as one of their ingredients. According to the FDA, "Although the risk of hemorrhagic stroke is very low, FDA recommends that consumers not use any products that contain PPA." The FDA warning came as a result of a May 2000 study conducted at Yale University School of Medicine, in which the Hemorrhagic Stroke Project found PPA to increase the risk of hemorrhagic stroke, a type of stroke characterized by bleeding in the brain. In October 2000, an FDA advisory committee confirmed the findings in the Yale study published by The New England Journal of Medicine, which suggested that PPA could raise the risk of stroke even in young people aged 18 to 49. (Not everyone is convinced that PPA poses nearly as much of a threat to consumers as claimed, and some critics have maintained the withdrawal was initiated by an overly cautious FDA based on flawed studies.)

21. Ahh but there are two Mr. Noodles (neither of them talk) and there's Mr. Noodles Sister. Now Mr. Noodles is the original, you see him occasionally and then there is Mr. Noodles Brother Mr. Noodles who died a few years ago, they think he killed himself, he's the one you see alot on tv. I haven't seen Mr. Noodles sister Miss Noodles in a long time. They all do little skits in Elmo's World. Beanie, tell your DH that there is nothing wrong with watching or liking kiddy shows, I still watch them with my DD... actually its all we watch. I couldn't tell you any adult shows that are on since 2001 LOL (really earlier than that, I lost it when reality shows hit the air waves). Krelboines hmmmmmmm sounds like he's a Trekky lolol. Lisa have fun tonight at the HODOWN!!! I like my man in just a hat and boots too....(nothing else LOLOL). Nothing planned for me this weekend, I gotta try to get rid of this cold... How about you all ?
22. Delarla, did you make it to the park? Hope so I did get on the dreadmill yesterday, coughing and choking the entire time, so I didn't do much. I have a wicked cold. I did about 3/4 of a mile, not to shabby for this flabby. How about you? Exercise is like a dirty word to me, every time I say it I feel the need to wash my mouth out with chocolate
