Yes, REALLY! If you are going to reply to my posts, please refrain from being a smartass. My question was valid, as my NUT doesn't specify using low fat with certain things. PLUS, I'm more concerned with low calorie, low carb, sir, than low fat, but thanks anyway for your contribution to my topic. You must not have had Breakfast this morning....try it. I am being sleeved this Tuesday and since it is all that has been on my mind these last few months I started having random dreams about looking healthy and beautiful . It's amazing I can't wait to actually live the dream

And I just realized I also have a NSV ~ had this one since leaving the hospital. No more insulin. I went into surgery taking insulin and left not. This has been a life changing experience already and tomorrow makes a week ????

Thank you Eli for sharing. I have my surgery scheduled for November 10th. I am just like how you were. I am 21. 310. Played football and was a guard. So I always hid behind that to saying I needed to be thay size. Well college hit and I am a social person and never had any problems talking with people but I know everyone wouldn't want to stand around me becuase of my weight. Or even come up to me and I never could go out by myself. I always went out with friends who always had a great time. I have such a great support system and friends. I don't know why I kept it a secret that I was going to have surgery. I started my journey by myself. I was talking to a person who had it and how she wish she would have done it sooner. So I went through all my doctor appointments and scheduled my surgery before I told anyone. I told myself when I scheduled my surgery I would tell my friends. I started to tell them one by one. They were shocked and asked why. They said we love how you are. Do not change for us. I said I'm changing for me. To feel better about myself. But #1 my health. I'm 21 and on blood pressure medicine. Each time I go to my doctor he keeps uping my dosage. I love to travel and see the world and I don't want my health getting in my way of that. I got onto this forum becuase i started to doubt myself and my decision but it's scheduled and no going back. After reading your story I'm out of that rut and so happy about my decision. Thanks for being a inspiration!

I have improved some since I created this post, today is post op day 5 ???? I am still sore like you said blinding, sitting up, and down etc. Still needing my hubby to just be there for me to pull on. Lol. I feel like I am doing well with my fluids I am writing every thing down that is the only way for me.... I am supposed to be 24 oz clear and 24 oz full liquids per day. Been just about there each day. Taking short walks today just around the house as its way to chilly out.. Haven't left my house since I got home from surgery.. I have to see my surgeon on Wednesday to check on things, haven't checked my weight except the day I got home to see I went up 9 lbs of Water weight from all the fluids, that's ok...
May try to drive tomorrow need to hit up Walgreens for some colace... Fun stuff
Anyway glad everyone is progressing along let's all keep up the good work. ????
